Mention Akademia Board in the subject. For technical issues, include your device model, iOS and app versions, and the steps that led to the issue. Do not send passwords or players’ personal data.
I cannot open my boards
Close the app and reopen it. If the issue persists, contact us with the error message. Avoid deleting the app: boards are stored locally and may be lost when app data is removed.
Where are my drills saved?
On the device where you create them. The current version does not automatically sync boards between iPhone and iPad, and we do not keep a copy on our servers.
How do I change the language?
In the library, tap the language button at the top. Choose Portuguese, English, Spanish, French, Italian or the system language. Titles you write are not translated.
How do I play a sequence?
Open a board and use the game sequence to organise frames. Use the play button to view the animation. Select a frame in the sequence to edit it.
