Akademia Board is a football tactics app for iPhone and iPad provided by Letras Binárias Unipessoal Lda., Portugal. For privacy questions, contact [email protected].

Your boards stay on your device. The current version does not require an account, send boards to Letras Binárias servers, or integrate advertising, advertising tracking or usage analytics.

1. Data used by the app

The app stores your boards locally, including titles, element positions, sequences and update dates, along with your language preference. It reads the system language to display the appropriate interface. This data lets you create, edit and reopen your boards; the app does not transmit it to us.

The app does not request your name, email, location, contacts, photos, camera or microphone. There are no user accounts or automatic cross-device synchronisation.

2. Keeping and removing local data

Data remains on the device while the installation and its data are retained. To remove local app data, delete the app and its data through iOS settings. Offloading the app while retaining its data does not delete that data. We cannot recover your boards from our servers.

Device backups, when enabled, may include app data depending on your settings and Apple services. Those backups are managed and deleted through those services.

3. Apple, the App Store and TestFlight

Apple manages app distribution and, where applicable, TestFlight testing. Apple may process download information, diagnostics and feedback according to your settings and its terms. We may receive reports or feedback Apple makes available to developers to resolve issues and improve the app. See Apple’s privacy policy.

4. When you contact us

If you send a support or privacy request, we process your email address, message and any attachments you choose to provide to respond and follow up. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in providing support and resolving issues; for requests concerning your rights, compliance with applicable legal obligations.

We retain correspondence for as long as needed to handle and follow up on the request, or as required by law or necessary to defend legal rights. Our email providers may process correspondence to deliver and store it. Please do not send unnecessary personal information about players or children in support requests.

5. Website

This policy describes the installed app and related support. When you visit this website, the server receives technical information needed to deliver pages. The Letras Binárias website also uses its own cookie, measurement and support services, including third-party tools. Review your choices in the site’s cookie manager. The app’s lack of analytics does not mean this website does not use these tools.

6. Your rights

For personal data you send us, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and portability, where applicable, by emailing [email protected]. We cannot remotely access boards stored only on your device. You can lodge a complaint with the Portuguese Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados or the relevant supervisory authority.

7. Changes to this policy

We will update this page and the date above if the app’s data practices change. Any future features involving new data processing will be accompanied by the relevant information.
